At UDK, we keep our service technicians on track and motivated with a system that is composed of experience and training.

With overtime pay and call-out bonuses, the average technician will earn $40,000 in their first year at UDK.

You’ll work closely with project managers, provide field supervision, and be a key point of contact for both customers and internal teams.
Primary Roles and Responsibilities
Project Oversight & Field Management:
Supervise and coordinate field crews to ensure timely and professional completion of projects.
Actively assist with reconstruction tasks when needed.
Review project scopes and ensure all fieldwork aligns with approved estimates.
Maintain regular communication with project managers and clients.
Conduct site inspections and perform final job walk-throughs to ensure quality control.
Manage supply deliveries and procurement for job sites.
Uphold strong customer service standards throughout all phases of the project.
Requirements
1+ years of experience in water damage restoration or mold remediation (preferred)
Previous experience in field supervision or construction project management
Xactimate proficiency preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, and enter tight spaces (crawl spaces, attics)
Valid Driver’s License (required)
Compensation
Base Pay: $30.00 - $60.00 per hour (based on experience)
Commission Structure: Performance-based commissions: 3.5 - 5.5% available on completed projects.
